ONGOING: Shiraleah Trunk Show Program

- Shiraleah reserves the right to substitute color for an item if the color requested for the particular item is out of stock;
- Customer can ONLY return up to 50% of the order;
- Shiraleah must be notified prior to the return shipment;
- Customer must return the merchandise within ONE week of the show ending;
- Customer must pay for ALL freight charges (including returning the merchandise to Shiraleah);
In order to receive credit for the returned merchandise, the returned product must be in resalable condition; Customer is not allowed to put price stickers on Shiraleah tags. If done so, customer will not be fully reimbursed for the particular merchandise.
